I have a B.W. Raymond 18s #10004187 grade 240. I am curious if this watch has the correct dial and hands for this paticular model. I searched through Wayne's site (Wonderful site Wayne!) but couldn't find that type of info..any advise or help on where to look would be appreciated.
Thanks Bruce

Hoopty, If you could post a photo of the dial and hands I am sure someone here could help you. Probably easier if they were still on the watch. Thanks, Aaron

Hoopty, looking at my gr 240 Elgin it has the dial that Wayne described above. Double sunk with arabic numbers red numbers on the outer chapter every 5 seconds. As far as hands go, blue railroad spade similar to the 16s BWR. I know both to be original to my watch sn# 14494821. For what its worth, Aaron

Gentlemen,
Thank you for the information.. I will send a picture as soon as it comes back from my repair person (bad staff). The dial is what you described. DS w/ red 5 second markers.. Case is a bow type.. I picked this watch up at an antique shop for 50.00. It was sitting in the bottom of a bucket full of costume jewelry. Just makes me think of how many other nice PW's are out there buried in someones junk drawer etc.. Again, thanks for the help Bruce
