The following was received by NAWCC NEWS:
Dear members: The NWCM has received another gift of 53 clocks from the estate of Bryson Moore and Mrs. Moore. This is the second lot, and includes most of the Japanese items in addition
to many others. Ralph Fletcher, NWCM Chair. will post further details of this gift.
The NCWM has received a $22000 grant in support of Museum operating costs. Last year, we received $17000.
The 2002 Seminar has closed its books with a surplus of $806 not including the payback to NAWCC of the usual $1000 seed money which is loaned to Seminar Committees in order to pay up front expenses. This was an excellent Seminar. Also just a reminder that the Seminars are
not money making projects but rather part of the NAWCC committment to education.
