Chime oddity

Got the Hermle/Seth all back together. Running just fine...except for one anomaly. On the hour chime, the last note fails to sound. The hammer doesn't contact the chime rod. Other places in the chime, that note is sounded perfectly. But the last one...not. Got any idea what might cause that? Bent pin on the pin barrel? Something else? What?

Can you see if the hammer for the last note is still in the lift position? If so then rotating the barrel just enough for it to drop might be the solution. If not then it could be the pin on the barrel. What do you see?
