I am in need of a balance bridge for a grade 214, class 89, 23 jewel, 18 size veritas pocket watch.
I read topic "Railroad Watches" by Bill Dermody and it sounded similar to the situation I find myself in. I sent a balance wheel and attached bridge to a reputable repair person and after nearly 4 months of waiting it was returned without the bridge. The repairman said his girl took care of it and it didn't have the bridge with it. Never the less, I am without the bridge and someone else was to blame.
I'm hopeful someone can help me find a replacement. Thanks

In the spirit of "Caveat Vendor", would you consider including the name and city of the "reputable repair person"?

"All for one, and one for all."

Is it possible for you to post a picture of the movement? I might have a bridge but I would like o see the damascene pattern to match it if possible. Also the serial number.
