You can try posting a want ad here on the NAWCC eMart. However, although it is free, you must be an NAWCC member to read or post.

I have found the Web Horology "Items Wanted" (http://whmb.webhorology.com/forumdisplay.php?f=3) section to be a huge help. It may be because it is free without any membership strings to post or view (and therefore fulfill a request).
CCWatchmaker.com (http://www.ccwatchmaker.com/) is another free and successful venue.
