If that number is off the movement, you have one too many digits in it, I suspect. If it is off the case, that will not help us tell you about the watch. Cases, movements, likely dials and hands were often "married" at the store the day the watch was sold. Please get back to us.

According to the Waltham Pocket Watch Identification and Price Guide, which is still available from: www.hoapress.com (http://www.hoapress.com) , your serial number is in the run of 12,000 watches, serial numbers 10187501 – 10199500, model 91, size 0, 7 – 15 jewel, Seaside grade.

I don’t collect these watches myself but somebody who does might be able to help you with other information.
