I just acquired a Columbia Watch......It is lever set and appears to be a 10S or 12S. The movement is 1 3/8 inches across. I am attaching some pics, hopefully you can assist in dating the watch. It sets and runs great. Please see attached and maybe give me some additional info as I am a NOVICE to collecting and this is just my second acquisition.

Thanks
Tom Clanton

Tom,
That is a New York Standard Watch Co. 12s model.

It was in a hunting case, but has been recased into a open face case.

We can't give values on the MB, but it is an inexpensive watch. that company didn't keep serial number records, but was in business from 1885-1929. That model was made in the 1910-29 period.

Thanks so much for the info.......It may not be expensive, but I only paid pennies for it....and since it keeps good time, I will use it as a daily watch. I still need to get some additonal pics of the Washington Pocket watch I posted also.

Again thanks and I have found the NAWCC to be informative and a great way to meet those who know a lot more about pocket watches than I do.

Tom
