Glass Stenciling Class In June

Can anyone comment on the upcoming glass stenciling class to be held in June at the NAWCC school? I am not sure what stenciling means. Would this be the appropriate procedure to make a custom glass such as jewelers or other stores often used on store regulator type clocks?

Dave, I think you should contact the school to get more information about the course. There should be a course outline available.
