Tiffany & Co. is noted for the quality of merchandise they offer and have offered over their many years of reputible business. Obviously your clock is a valued collectible item depending on it's condition etc.
Vintage wise, based on your description, it could have been offered by Tiffany anytime during the last century. Fifteen jewel 8-day alarms became marketable after about 1915 and until superceeded by quartz battery powered alarms.
I would suggest that you examine the movement of the clock very carefully in the area of the balance wheel and escapement for a logo that reflects the identity of the Swiss manufacturer. I believe the number 806 refers to the calibre of the movement.
We do not provide estimates or guesses of dollar values on this venue.
