How do you remove the bellows container?

Errol, I suggest you go to Mike Murray's Clock Clinic (http://www.atmos-man.com/) website and check out his instructions on Atmos maintenance. This includes bellows removal on nearly all models of Atmos clocks.

Not to dispute John - he's hands down the torsion clock expert, but I've never had much luck with Mike Murray's website. His instructions for removing the bellows canister are pretty much "remove the canister". He also references a parts diagram and then doesn't provide the diagram - at least that I could find. He sorely needs to spend a couple of bucks on a professional web designer.

If you figure out how to remove the canister, tell me how.

I apologize for this negative post. I apparently was in a foul mood last night. Mike Murray's site does have a lot of good info, it's just somewhat hard to find.

Again, my apologies to Mike et al.
