Hey! Where is the lever??

Hello all:

I purchased (below) a non-working movement to work on, assuming maybe a balance staff, broken jewel, or mainspring. When I received the movement, it appears that everything is there, but someone has harvested the pallet fork and arbor :frown:
The Elgin is serial #24310935 Grade 466 16s 17j ls.
Can anyone suggest somewhere I may be able to find a replacement? I have check with Uncle Larry, and he does not have one....
