Ship Clock ????

Hi All
I found this clock in a clockmakers shop ( for sale ). On the dial it is writen MARPRO , Made in England. But on the movement it is, 15 Jewells, Swiss made. Is it a ship clock ? A good item to collect ?

Ajay Looks like it has screw holes on the case's back flange for bulkhead mounting.

Not good to collect..... I will take it off your hands :D

I'd say to pick it up if the price is right..... but, then again, I buy everything that's fairly cheap! Price, and the eye-candy factor, seem to be my main motivations.

When the clockmaker opened the back cover to see the movement then I saw it is writen on the movement 15 jewells,Swiss made.Nothing else is writen on the movement.

Ajay She looks clean to me :thumb:

I'm not much of an expert, and am just learning as I go along. My "newb" guess would be that the movement is 50's to 60's.... but I am probably wrong.
