Webshots, it appears, wont let you "hot link" to another site. That is fairly common on some photo hosting sites.
It looks like a normal Illinois case, Giant was one of thier model names for the cases. Movement is a 16size and of good/better quality. How the Waltham got on the case is a mystery to me, but I will venture a guess.
The case originally contained a Waltham movement cased at the factory, and at some time that mvmt was removed and the Ill Sterling grade was inserted. I cant figure out any other way to tie the two together. If the picture was lighter we might see another set of marks where the waltham case screws were.
Just a rookie guess, but it sounds good to me!
