Columbia, Pa: The National Watch & Clock Museum announced the recent acquisition of over fifty timepieces representing timekeeping from 1780 -
1880. The gift includes American, French, and Japanese clocks, sundials,and regulators. The National Watch & Clock Museum has already begun to
prepare the collection for future public exhibit.

Ralph Fletcher, Jr., Chairman, Board of Trustees of The National Watch & Clock Museum remarked, "The significance of the objects from J. Bryson & Mary Lou Moore Collection will enhance the museum experience for the
thousands of visitors the museum welcomes each year especially collectors,historians, educators, and students. We are fortunate to obtain such an
impressive collection of timepieces."

A listing of objects contributed from J. Bryson & Mary Lou Moore Collection will soon be available on the museum website at www.nawcc.org (http://www.nawcc.org).
The National Watch & Clock Museum is operated by National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors, a non-profit association with 30,000 members and
175 chapters worldwide. The museum was reopened in 2000 after a $7 million expansion and renovation project.In addition to the museum, the campus includes a public library, headquarters of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors and The NAWCC School of Horology for watch and clock repair instruction.The museum is handicap accessible and motor coach friendly.
