I bought a pocket watch from watchs_etc I don't
know his full name just W.S. When I received the watch I went to adjust it because it was running slow,when I started the screwdriver slipped and hit the main wheel and hairspring breaking the balance staff.I was thinking that it would cost a couple hundred dollars to fix the watch.He charged me $46.00dollars 40 for the parts watch and 6.00dollars for labor I could not beleive it.And he was going to pay for shipping it back. so I sent him $66.00dollars for shipping and paypal fee's.
It's nice to know there are people out there
who stand by there product no matter what the
circumstances.Since I started colecting and found NAWCC I have met the smartest and nicest people that would go out of there way to help you,amazing, you don't see this very often if ever. Just wanted to give credit were credit was due.Now if other people acted like the people I've met here we would have no proplems.Just a thought.Thanking all NAWCC members
