I have a pocket watch that was given to my great grandmother in 1953 as an aniversary present. It is keywound, keyset, 18k gold with no name or number on the movement. On the inside of the case, "Henry Courvoisier" and "Locle" and 22239 and "BE"(surrounded by a circle) are written. The outsides of the case have gold designs with small inlaid diamonds surrounding paintings. One scene is a woman and her daughter, and on the other side is a mountain and stream scene.http://static.flickr.com/48/113736016_5c452ea597_m.jpg

WE can tell yo a lot more if you can post a picture.
Courvoisier was a prominent family of watchmakers. Most Swiss watches were based on machine made "ebauches" which were fininished and cased by retailers. If we saw the movement we coudl identify the style.
Most of the "Geneva Bar' movement are unsigned so without a picture thats the best guess.
Locle is a town in the heart of the watchmaking region. Many Locle made watches used a different and better ebauche which for lack of better term I call a Locle movement but which yours is remains a guess.
With a signature on the case and BE probably a case maker mark, it probablya pretty good watch, teh medocre to poor ones are not usually signed.
