ferguson dial

I purchased for $60 a repro South Bend size 16 Ferguson dial with the intent of putting it on a South Bend grade 227 size 16 RR watch that has one chip and a few micro cracks. The Ferguson dial has dial feet at the 18, 38, and 54 minute positions. I do not even know if it will fit this watch and need helpful info in the above decision as regards to fit. If i decide that i do not want to make the replacement and instead sell the Ferguson dial on e-bay can i assure people that it will fit most South Bend size 16 pocket watches

Your dial foot pattern will fit any 16S South Bend, models 1 & 2.

Thank you for your quick reply with information that will help me decide whether to make the exchange or not. I may have a watchmaker accomplish it, see if i like it, then make the decision. I am leaning towards keeping it in its original condition. Thanks again.
