It will probably fit, but may need some adjustment. Various grades of watches, in either model, may have different size 4th wheel pivots and the tube on the second hand may need to be closed a little or broached to fit the new watch. Likewise, seconds-bit diameter may vary with different styles of dial and the hand may or may not be the correct length, even within the same model.
