One thing that is bothering me about the message board.. Every subject discussed seems to end up with some reference on parting out and switching..It is getting a bit Old..While I agree with not switching, it seems these posts are talking to the wrong people.. Most on this board appear to favor keeping things original, why the continuious beating it to death.. There has been nothing NEW said about the subject in years.. Directing an education of the originality issues should be at the offenders not the practiceners.. My definition of insanity is saying or doing the SAME thing over and over again and expecting different results.. Some one may want to do a sticki with the phrase Switching and Parting Out.. with a cohearent and orderly dialouge on the subject..

I agree with you, about the rabid attacks are old rehash of the same thing. That is the way it is on this board, to date nothing has been done. and I don't believe anything ever will be. Sad that.

The bottom line is that all the yelling is doing nothing, other than running off newbies from this board. As witnessed several times in the last couple of months. Makes you proud don't it.

It runs older members away too. I'm not paying dues to this organization anymore. Yes,it is sad.

Bottom line a handful of members repeating the same message over and over, are ruining our message board, and are doing harm to the NAWCC. How can these behaviors go unmoderated? At a time that our organization needs new members, our message board appears to be offending current members , and potential new members by allowing unacceptable behavior. At this time I can honestly say that I would not recomment the NAWCC membership to anyone....Robert

I think the subject is incendiary and those who keep bringing it up love controversy.
The thread was closed long ago and for some reason restarted.
We all already know the feelings of the fellow(s) who keep this up. We get it.
We respect his (their) feelings. Others feel differently. end of story. Give it a rest.

There is nothing wrong with open discussion and low key debate (without being rude/personal) but in the end there are some things that one cannot change only make a statement about your thoughts and move on. Switching will exist as long as people have a motive, you can't alter that fact, even though one might detested, feel it is bad for the hobby, it will continute to exist. One can drive themselves silly or just realize that it will continue and you can only control one person from doing it and that is it!!
