Case ID, please

Can someone help me identify this case maker and material on this 16-size hunting case? The top mark is on the inside of both the front and back covers. The flag image is on the inside of the cuvette.

Dave, I checked my personal record and "secret" list of makers and I do not have this one listed.

Well, sort of. The 'Warranted 14K' seems to mean something like it was waved around near some 14K gold. However, the front cover seems to have a slightly thicker layer than the rear cover and the insides of the 2 covers have a slightly different color. In any case, it is gold filled. Just wondered if anyone knew this maker and, if so, might also know what 'quality' of gold fill this case might be. Thanks for checking, Jon.
