Waltham Escape Wheel Jewel

Hi,
Does anyone have information on where I may find an escape wheel jewel which is located on top of the train bridge for a 16s Waltham, 17 jewel, Royal pocket watch? Also, do you have information on the part number? The serial number for this watch is 19016041.

Part numbers-you have some choices, 4926-thick composition setting, 4927-thin composition setting, 4929-flat gold setting, 4930-in raised friction gold setting. Unfortunately, I don't have any of these, there are members of this board who should be able to help you.
