I have a Getty model 5 A. Lincoln 16s that I need a dial for. However, I can't find one anywhere. I do know that the Burlington Special? has the same dial feet positions, but I don't know if any others have the same feet positions. Do they? If you know of any substitute dials that would work, Illinois or not, please let me know. I just need one to finish a project. Thank you in advance!

If you do not care, simply cut off the feet of anything and glue it on!

Careful, most of the Burlington dials will not fit. You need a dial from a Getty style movement. It should be a higher quality version to make the watch right. The hunter and open face Getty dials both have the same foot position. this should be an easy dial to find on ebay.

Can you glue dial feet on? I thought that they had to be in the dial when it was fired or soldered onto a metal dial. How would you glue it on? Thanks in advance and thanks for the answers so far.

There are little feet with a perpendicular tables which can be glued on to your dial.

How well do they hold up? If I bump my pocket will they break off?
