Any one have or know where I can get Bezel Ring for WM L GILBERT CLOCK ?
What I need is the ring that fits around the dial the one in picture that is broke.and the part that holds the glass in the Bezel Ring.

What are the dimensions of the ring you need (diameter, height & depth)?

Most of the usual suppliers have bezels that will work, but they are a different design than yours. They'll do in a pinch.

best thing is to "silver solder" it. if you know any jewellers or silversmiths, they can repair it. lead solder, (plumbers) is no use
i saw a gilbert in a shop in france today, will post a pic tomorow, wood case done to imitate marble, convex glass and dial with arabic numerals

as I said I spotted this model in France last tuesday.
the movement looks like steel or nickle plate, I couldn't get a chance to scratch it.
the case is of wood, "decorated" in marble finish.

Do you have a jeweler in your area who has a laser welder? Preferably one that uses argon gas shielding? See if he will do a weld repair on your bezel. The heat effected zone will be very small hardly noticeable. I have had a number of different parts including bezels welded with a laser at reasonable cost. It can be done quickly without flux or burning. My guy also has a number of filler wire materials he can use to build up lost material when needed.

Tunderer,
thanks for the info about laser welders. All my silversmith / jeweller friends still use silver solder and borax flux.
David,
the advice about the laser is good, as the older method could exacerbate problems in the metal around and near the break.
when copper alloys, brass and bronze, get attacks of metal desease it can be very tricky to repair.

These movements are steel with brass plugs for the pivots. The two below are both dated 1917 on the front plates.

Obligado, RT,
It is often difficult to go rooting around in junk shops with the host breathing down your neck.
some can be very helpfull and don't mind a good look while not buying.
The clock I saw was €25, the coated paper face was a bit tatty.
In fact, the clock was in the same room as the good quality Comtoise walnut case I have also posted.
