For those of you who have a little time and money, you might consider attending the NAWCC 2002 Seminar October 17th to 19th in Boxboro MA. http://www.nawcc2002seminar.org/
Among the watches on display will be some Goddards, this interesting Pitkin and Howard, Davis & Dennison #3.

If you can't make it we intend to publish the exhibit catalog and proceedings either in hard copy, CD or both formats.

Tom,
Looks like this is a busy weekend. I received a Jones-Horan auction booklet for the same weekend with a post card in it for your nomination for the NAWCC office. The NAWCC regional for Mid-America in Ft. Wayne is also the same weekend. That's three events in the same weekend.
It's just like the National NAWCC being scheduled for the July 4th weekend. A classic "family hoilday". It seems as one head doesn't know what the other is doing. One conflict after another. I am sure your post is for the interest in the watches but it can be interpreted as a political post.

The Jones & Horan Auction follows the Seminar. I am not sure what is political about it. http://www.nawcc.org/ubb/confused.gif
The post was intended as an ad for the Seminar. I think official events are allowed.
It is really unfortunate that there is a conflict with Ft. Wayne. It was not of my doing or with my knowledge. When I found out, I tried to change it. :frown:

Tom,
Thanks for the post.
Can I send in an order for the book yet? Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend the Seminar (I have little time and little money ).
