I've been looking at some Riversides and I came across this one. It's the only one on e-bay with a train on it. Can any of you guys tell me if this is original or not?
I kind of like the dial but haven't seen one on any of the other Riversides that I've looked at.
Thanks in advance for any info you might have.

IMHO the dial, while attractive, is a new replacement dial that does NOT resemble an original dial. The original dials on most of these 19 Jewel Riverside movements was either a double sunk porcelain enamel dial with Arabic numerals or a Montomery dial with the minutes from 1 to 60 around the outside.
Oh, and the movement shown in the listing is a Model 1908, not a Model 1899. These two models are very similar, with only a couple of minor changes between them.
The case, bearing Ingersoll Trenton marks and showing additional case screw marks, is not original to the movement.

Thank you sir, I didn't think that dial was correct, mainly because I hadn't been able to find one anywhere near like it. It does look cool, but I would rather have original than cool.
I see you're another Ga guy.

Just trying to learn here. I guess extra case screw markings in different positions from the present ones usually means none original case?
Would I be right to assume that?
Thanks in advance.

Correct, the case has held a different movement at one time in the past.

Thank Kent, I sort of guessed that from the reply rrwatch gave me but I wanted to be sure.
