ok i think this is american but i do not know forsurly
on the dial it states The north Western line
on the movement it looks like GWWCO mniiea Mane 75054 (i cant read cursieve that good) adjusted and safty pionoin.
any help would be great

I believe the marking on the movement is "H.W.W.Co. Maiden Lane"
