Odd Waltham?

Hi,
I want to show this Waltham because I feel it is somewhat odd. It's an Riverside 19J 16s mod '08, and nothing unusual about that, of course.
But the dial style I associate with 18s mod 92:s and can't recall seeing one in 16s.
Also the case is odd in my eyes. It's a flip out case in a style common in 12s, but more seldom seen in 16s. The case makers mark, I can't make out either. I believe it says "DWCCo", but i'm not sure in which order to read the letters. Does anyone recognize this mark?
