ok i bought this elgin pocket watch from my friend, all its missing is the glass crystal and a hand but the thing is i never had this type of marking on the case before so any help is great.

Your box hinge case has the trademark of the The Muhr Watch Case Co., Philadelphia, Pa. In the 1890's they were bought out by The Keystone Watch Case Co. who may have used that trademark for a while after that.
The "warranted" indicates that your case is gold filled.

Vandd, nice watch, i like those style of cases.I dont know what size your pictures are, but it would be better for people on dial up, if you resized them.:thumb:
