hi guys thanks to terry hall and lloydb seems we have a matter of opinion here re date.fred hansen in his reply 2711 dated 14th january gave me a link to chapter 149 were one of the members there had made up a table which you put your serial no in and it gives you date model production runs grades etc. his table dates it at 1927.perhaps it has been recased. case is wadsworth quality No 03205 underneath those numbers is the number 52.
case has "Hamilton (then a shield, then) "watch co" at the top of the inside cover and lancaster pa and a fancy scroll under that.
