Where is the best places to buy vintages pw

I live in Canada near Quebec City. The only pocket watch show is held in Montreal on October and it is a very small show. So I have to check on Ebay to find something that I want to purchase. Is there members here living in Canada? If so I would appreciate knowing you. I don't know if I can ask the following : a reliable source where I could buy watches.

You can find NAWCC Chapters in Canada in our International Chapters Directory (http://www.nawcc.org./headquarters/chapters/chap-intl.htm). There are email links to some of the officers of the chapters so that you can get in touch with them.

If you attend some of the chapter meetings, you'll get to know the members and they can steer you to reputable dealers.

I like to see a watch before I purchase it. That is why a membership in NAWCC and attending chapter meeting and regional marts are so important. Every August there is a regional meeting and mart in Liverpool, NY near Syracuse. We also have a national meeting that moves around. See http://www.nawcc.org/headquarters/dates.htm

Quite true Don.But i am pretty sure if you had a issue with Clocksmiths they will work with you.They are a father and son team, not a big no caring company, interested in just getting your money.I am limited to my resources to pocket watches too and i buy from repeat sellers who treat me good. :thumb:
