Is there a way to edit a post?

Yes. Click on the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the post and choose "Edit Post. However, there is a time limit in which this can be done. Unfortunately, I don't know exactly what the limit is.

To check what RobertG posted below, I've tried to edit this post. It looks like you can edit a post after somebody replies.

And edit it .........

And edit it .........

I believe you can edit your own post up until someone else posts something. I may be wrong, but I think that is the procedure.

Since these posts are supposed to be about watches, here's an Uncommon One (http://photos9.flickr.com/15510852_05bbb94939_o.jpg). The caliber number, 435, is in an oval on the pillar plate, framed by the balance and center wheel, between the balance cap jewel and the center jewel.
