Waltham model 1870, 14 size, dial query.

Hi,
I have just obtained a Waltham model 1870, 14 size watch, serial 847939. It is in a AW Co sterling silver case but the roman numeral enamel dial is not signed in any way.
Does this mean it is a replacement? The watch was discovered in England if that is of any consequence.

I don't think it is at all unusual for Waltham that were exported to England to have unsigned dials.
