Elgin Dual Time Zone Hands

Does anyone know if Elgin dual zone hands are always black and gold?

Actually, I think that they should be black and red.

Kent-If you have the time check out #120177126776 on ebay...I couldn't resist buying these; I was told they're vintage...and then I remembered never seeing but the black and red...Guess I better do a little research-Thanks again!

The condition of those hands were unusual enough for me to post this-they were claimed to be mint,that they sat in a warehouse for years.The red hand had paint only on the spade part-the whole stem and the edges all around the spade were free of paint. It looked like the paint had been evenly eroded off except for the thickest layer on the spade's center. This wasn't sun damage,there was no pitting-maybe a little lightening. The eye of the hands looked unused and mint.
Anyone ever come across this one?
