Hi Dave,

Roskopf movement, yes it was a cheap one at the moment. The dial and the back case adorned with the Ottoman coat of arm showing the watch was intended to be sold at the Ottoman Empire. If it is silver, silver hallmarks imitating English silver hallmarks but Swiss.
