If anyone is near NW Pennsylvania next Friday and Saturday there is an auction of many clocks including Tower Clock movements. Being close by I probably will attend even though these will most likely be way out of my budget but I sure would like to have one. :(

That is quite a hike for the vast majority of the population of PA. I lived 51 years in S.E. PA. I guess that's why I have that perspective.:o But I can't imagine a vast array of people showing up for those auctions. Therefore, it might be a great opportunity to attend. Besides how many tower clocks would one man buy?:?|

Good point Tony. I've never really researched price ranges for these movements so maybe I'll just watch and learn at this point of the auction.

Quite the selection, over 300 clocks!!! Wish I was closer. My wife is glad I am not closer:o
