I have a Elgin 16s seriel #14936827. Does anyone have any of these parts for sale?

Dial
Balance wheel and spring.

Any help would be great, did see a site for dial refinishing, may try that
if I can't find a dial (International Dial Co.)

Your movement is a Gr. 312,hn6p,15j. I think you might find a parts movement on Ebay. Usually, they list the grades of the Elgin watches.
