Here is a 18 size 19 Jewel ball botherhood watch found in some parts movements from a watchmakers estate i took the watch apart to check the numbers and they do match,,the bad part it was missing the hairspring and mainspring barrel the plate and abor for the motor barrel is there and i do have a motor barrel that will fit the watch..My question is about the hair spring and hairspring stud which attaches to the side of the balance cock does someone have a picture of the stud which i think should be a triangle shape like the waltham is that right..
Sammie:
Do you have the right BoLE dial?
Is the S/N 642604?
Thanks,

The watch was in a tin the staff was broke and the large roller table was broke and the hair spring missing .

Did all (or nearly all) the 18s Hamilton brotherhood Balls originally have matched brotherhood signed dials across all runs of these watches?
I've noticed that a large percentage of brotherhood Balls I've seen in the 642 to 644 thousand serial range have shown up with "Official RR Standard" marked dials. And a few of the watches in this range that now are married to brotherhood marked dials I had seen a few years earlier when they had the "Official RR Standard" dial.
I am sure that this percentage of these late brotherhoods with "Official RR Standard" dials is much greater than what I have observed among earlier brotherhood marked movements in the lower serial ranges. Has anyone else seen this?
