Those that I have seen with both "Colonial" and "Crescent St." on the movement are later Waltham 12-size Colonial-B (or 1924 model) movements. The finish on these is usually minimal. Many also have the name "Premier" on the dial. As Waltham took less and less pride in the appearance of the movement they also tried to capitalize on once-revered grade names (and degraded the reputation of those names in the process). The only honest name on these (in my opinion) is the Colonial designation which indicates their thinner line of movements.
