In using a link, the default color seems to blend in with the rest of the text unless the reader happens to position his/her cursor over the link.
For example:
There is an Online Bulletin Index (http://www.nawcc.us/BulletinIndex/bulsrch.htm) that can be used to locate specific subjects.
The best I've been able to do is to make it bold, which doesn't help that much, it still blends in with the rest of the text:

Thus far, all my attempts to specify color or underlining for a link have been ignored. Using italics works, but if I do so, its starts to get confusing with the enhancements that I normally use in text for separaton or emphasis.
Is there anything that can be done to change the default color of link text so that it stands out more from the rest of the body of text?
Thanks,
