The following report has been received from NAWCC Secretary Judy Draucker:
Dear Members,
Following are the results of motions considered in the January 2007 Electronic Meeting of the NAWCC Board of Directors:
MOTION: Made by Secretary Draucker, approved by Vice Chair Gregory: That the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting held on December 8-9, 2006 be approved.
A quorum being present, the motion is approved having received a majority vote of the Board of Directors.
Voting yea: Bazelon, Bryan, Collard, Draucker, Gregory, Grosby, Hubby, Klein, Landis, McIntyre, Orr.
Voting nay: None.

MOTION: Made by Secretary Draucker, seconded by Vice Chair Gregory: That the Board appoint the audit firm of Trout, Ebersole & Groff, LLP, to tabulate and verify the voting in the 2007 election for NAWCC Directors and the elected member of the Nominating and Elections Committee.
A quorum being present, the motion is approved having received a majority vote of the Board of Directors.

MOTION: Made by Director Hubby, seconded by Director McIntyre: That the 2007 Regular Annual Meeting of the members be held on Thursday, June 7, 2007 at 7:00 pm at the Chattanooga Convention Center, Chattanooga, TN.
A quorum being present, the motion is approved having received a majority vote of the Board of Directors.
Voting yea: Bazelon, Bryan, Collard, Draucker, Gregory, Grosby, Hubby, Klein, Landis, McIntyre, Orr.

MOTION: Made by Director Grosby, seconded by Secretary Draucker: That the preliminary budget of the 2009 National Convention budget for Grand Rapids, MI be approved.
A quorum being present, the motion is approved having received a majority vote of the Board of Directors.

Voting nay: Gregory, Klein.
