View Full Version : Help Identifying Pocket Watch

Hello folks, I recently inhereted a pocket watch that I know nothing about and would like to learn exactly what it is.

To start the pocket watch is silver with a white face, roman numerals with a smaller second hand at the bottom. The watch has several silversmith markings which I will detail later if neccesary. Its markings are as follow: on the front center of the face in arched black type it reads "chronometre lever" it also has a number in red lettering below which reads "35377"

Opening the rear lid it states "Chronometer Lever" and "15 Jewels"

Anyone know what I have?

Welcome to the NAWCC Website.

Can you post some pics, of the watch, including the movement?
Without a maker of the movement, we can not determine much at this point.

On photo 3, there is some writing on the dust cover, can you tell us what it says?

Can anyone reccomend a Jeweler or Watchmaker in the San Francisco bay area that might be able to assist me in making a determination?
