Yes, see the August 2002 NAWCC Bulletin, pages 480-1 for the hunting-case ones.

The first run of open-face Waltham-Ball ORRS movements, B060701 - B061000 seem to be pendant-set (and mostly 17-jewel), while the next open-face ORRS runs B134201 - B134500 and B134600 - B135000 seem to be mixed pendant and lever-set. These were all in 1899.
