Can any one instruct me on letting the power off the main spring on a Rockford full plate watch.

I have never seen a Rockford watch like yours,so what I'm about to tell you might not hold true.
On many full plate watches they have a small hole about the size diameter of a paper clip in the edge of the pillar plate.Most of the time its right under the mainspring.You can use a small wire to push in on the click and that will let the power down.

Thanks for the advice I havent uncased the watch yet It,s a stem wind lever set and actually has two Plates.

The click on full plate watches are found on the bottom or pillar plate.Also,I've seen some watches that have the click under the dial.
