What's a Time Ball Special? and another ?

Hi,
I just got a PW Case today, and inside it was a watch face that says (Time Ball Special) and around the top of the second hand circle, it says (Adjusted) on the face. I don't know this one can you help?

Second, ThE PW Case is unusual too, it has 3 parts, but not like any I have seen before, there is the case "Rim" and it has a glass on it, (ALL ONE PIECE)and then there is another gold rim with a glass on it that goes inside the outer rim, then there is the piecE that screws on top of it all and it has no glass. HELP! This top rim screws down into the other one, not like those that just screw on. Help!

OK WHERE IS THE PAGE WITH THE NAMES OF THE PARTS OF A WATCH, I CAN'T FIND MINE.

So you got a case, and a dial.

Not sure on the case, as you make it sound like it has 2 crystals.

Does the dial look like this guy?

Henry, I was just looking at that watch!

Yes it looks a LOT like that one, only minor differences. The numbers are exactly the same, and it has the red ones too, same second hand spot, and the only difference I see, is that the lettering on mine that says Time Ball Special goes straight across, is not curved, and is a simple lettering NOT fancy like that one.
This Face was inside the case, I have no idea if the face and the case are related at all.
The case has very fancy scroll on the rim very busy, and it has 3 parts 2 with crystals and one that maybe should have one but it's not there and I can't tell if it is supposed to have a crystal or not.
I am having trouble getting pictures on because all of them are in bmp mode and am working on that now.

I really don't care about the face anyway, I was looking for an old case to store my watch movement in, while I search for a good one for it. It will do until I find a real honey. I just can't seem to leave them sitting around naked with no case. I have tried some boxes and things but I hate that, so I ordered a watch case for some of them too. Wish they had some nice cases for pocket watches, most are terrible.
