Railman,
Aaron's advice is as always sound and he is right that some of the bows offered by supply companies can help upgrade a case that would otherwise be nearly useless. That being said I'd bet you're "dropping your bucket down a dry well" when it comes to finding the correct bow for your Model 16 Hamilton Case. One method would be to come up with another Model 16 Case and then have one cast in gold to use on your case. At that point you would be wise to have several of them cast, then sell the others in the NAWCC Mart to recoup the expense of manufacture.
Wuischpard and Son in Florida <jpwish@msn.com> or contact them toll-free at 1-888-811-3934 is one of the NAWCC Member Services that can not only provide fantastic case repairs, but actually manufacture replacement parts such as you require.
Every day there are more people in this wonderful hobby, which means an ever-increasing number of us are after the same finite number of watches, cases and parts.
Keep us posted, and we all wish you good fortune on the hunt!
