Without being able to see the movement, you will never know for sure, but if I had to make a guess, having looked at the available pix, I would say genuine.

Cammerer Cuss was and is a reputable firm and the case is a Dennison case. I would be very surprised if the watch had been remarried to a non-Rolex movement. But, without a picture of the movement it is always possible.
