For the life of me, I can't find any page/link which tells me what the numbers mean in the "Comments" section. I would be grateful if someone will provide me with a link to the right page to decode the comments.
Thanks, in advance.

Kate - here is the link to the glossary of all of the abbreviations used, including most of those in the comments column:
http://www.nawcc-info.org/WalthamDB/Glossary.htm
For serial numbers above ~7,500,000 the number in the comment section refers to the page number in the "gray book" (the 1954 (?) serial number list).
If this does not answer your question, can you provide the example that is unclear?

If anyone has information or insights into particular runs of watches, they can send me their comments. If the comments are useful, I will incorporate them into the comment field (or other fields) of the database.
Please send the information in the form of a serial number range and the comment or field name with contents. You can also enter watch observations on-line with serial numbers and descriptions of watches you have. Those are held in a separate table of information and are merged into the database from time to time.
The database contains both runs and individual observed watches. If you use the query to display a range of serial numbers it will show both the runs and observations in that range.
Kate:
Tom once explained that when a number appears by itself in the Comment Column, it is the page in the factory serial list where the entry and explaination appeared. i.e. "Comment 42" is on page 42 of “Serial Numbers With Description of Waltham Watch Movements,” Waltham Watch Co., Waltham, MA, 1954, (commonly referred to as "The Gray Book").

Thank-you both! Yes, it was those numerical "comments" which had been puzzling me.

Oops, guess I can't count on Fridays! My thanks to all three of you.
