I've recently gotten an Omega Connie (Cal 751, Ref 168.029) back from the watchmaker after a thorough overhaul and restoration. However, there are two links in the expansion bracelet (SS, clasp marked "1093," bracelet marked "515" at lug attachment points) that are loose (see second picture below). I feel no spring tension, so I presume the original springs are broken or absent. There appear to be riveted side caps on all the bracelet links, but I am unsure how to proceed for repairing the bracelet. Can the springs themselves be replaced or do the entire links need replacement?

Thanks in advance!
