This thing is huge, btw - over 53 mm.

It's a high grade Swiss pocket watch, probably made in Geneva. Are there any marks on the case ?

Quoted from the owner -

"The only markings on the watch are the serial (engraved and not stamped) and what I am guessing is a calibre, 218, located under the balance. The case is of no help being that there are no markings on the inside, and the outside has the same serial stamped in."
