Hi fist the 10 rubis stands for 10 jewel also the remonitor i think stands for stem wind with a cylinder movement. These mavements were very popular with the swiss. dating the watch you would have to post a photo or scan of the workings under the dust plate. The .800 was the swiss sign for a silver case. I am sure the others with more knowledge than I will be able to help more.
